  13. This Everex Windows 3.0 driver supports the Everex EV-235 Ultragraphics 
  14. 1664x1200 mode.

  20.     EVSETUP.EXE  - Installation program for Everex Windows drivers

  23. WARNING : This is purely a beta driver and some internal testing has been 
  24.           done, but some 'REAL LIFE' testing may be needed. EVEREX Systems 
  25.           isn't responsible for any losses due to this driver. If you find
  26.           any incompatibilities or bugs in these drivers, please leave a

  29.          INSTRUCTIONS  FOR  INSTALLING  EVEREX  WINDOWS 3.0  DRIVERS

  31. Step 1 - Install Windows 3.0 on your system if it is not already installed.
  32.  
  33. Step 2 - Copy the Windows 3.0 drivers onto a blank formated diskette.
  34.          Go to the hard disk which contains Windows 3.0, and change to 
  35.          the Windows 3.0 directory.  For example: CD \WIN3.
  36.  
  37. Step 3 - Insert the diskette containing the Everex Windows 3.0 driver into
  38.          drive A.  Run the EVSETUP program to install the Everex Windows 
  39.          3.0 drivers. At the DOS type:
  40.          A:\WIN3\EVSETUP and hit <ENTER> key.

  42. Step 4 - EVSETUP program will ask you if you want to copy the Everex drivers
  43.          to your hard disk, where Windows 3.0 is installed, answer yes by
  44.          typing in "y".
  45.  
  46. Step 5 - Run Windows 3.0 SETUP by typing in "setup" at the DOS prompt and
  47.          hitting ENTER key.

  49. Step 6 - When SETUP program displays your current configuration, use arrow
  50.          keys to highlight the "Display:...."  line then hit ENTER key.  A
  51.          list of display options appears on your screen.

  53. Step 7 - Use arrow keys to highlight to the desired driver and hit ENTER key.
  54.          Hit ENTER again (at the "Accept the configuration shown above" line)
  55.          to accept the configuration as shown and exit the Windows SETUP
  56.          program.

  58.          When selecting an Ultragraphics resolution, you must also select
  59.          what type of video card you have co-existing with the Ultragraphics
  60.          card, if any, or if its a stand alone. For example, if you and a VGA 
  61.          card co-existing with the Ultragraphics, you would select:
  62.          Everex Ultragraphics 1664x1200 w/VGA
  63.  
  64. Step 8 - Windows is now configured to run in your selected video resolution.
